Can I personalize any cake?
YES! You can add a personal message to any cake regardless of size or theme. The only constraint is space. For example, “Happy Birthday John Jacob Jingle-Heimer Schmidt” isn’t going to fit on a 10” round…you will probably need a Full Sheet cake!
Do you charge for delivery?
No. Standard delivery is included with all orders over $24.00. Standard delivery is defined as Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. anywhere in Utah County. We can deliver on Saturday for an additional $10.00.
Do you deliver on the weekends or Holidays?
We can deliver your cake or gifts on Saturday for an additional $10.00 charge. We do not offer delivery on Sunday or the following holidays: New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the Friday after), Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Do you offer delivery in the Salt Lake Valley?
Yes, we can deliver your cakes or gifts to Salt Lake County. There is a $20.00 delivery charge for Salt Lake County deliveries.
Can you deliver cakes or gifts to the Missionary Training Center (MTC)?
Yes! Deliveries to the MTC require the following additional information: Name MTC Mailbox # Mission called to Be sure to include the mission they have been called to in the delivery instructions comment box. ***NOTE*** The MTC does not accept delivery of balloons or balloon bouquets.
Can you put a custom picture or logo on our cake?
Yes. We can recreate any digital image you send us using the FrostingArt photo system. This system uses a 4-color printing process in which food coloring is printed on frosting paper, giving you a 100% edible recreation of your favorite photo, corporate logo or custom art work! You may send us your artwork in any of the following formats: .jpg, .bmp, .tif, or .gif. The resolution should be at least 150 dpi. FrostingArt can be added to any cake for $12.00 for each design/photo. Each sheet covers one cake or can decorate 12 cupcakes. If you need multiple sheets (such as for 24 cupcakes or if you are ordering multiple cakes with the same image) the additional photo sheets are only $5.00 each.
Oops! I forgot a special date. Do you offer Next Day Service?
We can usually accommodate next day delivery requests provided your order is placed by 5:00 p.m. Mountain time the day before. We do add a $10.00 rush charge to your order and remind you that special request items or theme cakes may not be available on such short notice. If you have a last minute order (meaning your requested delivery date is less than 48 hours away) please contact us via phone at (801)-787-4777 or (801)-836-7169 to place your order. This will ensure that we get your information in a timely manner and we can discuss the possibilities with you.
What information do you need for delivery?
In order to supply the best experience possible it is critical that the delivery address, phone number and contact information be as complete and accurate as possible. Please confirm the recipient’s address, including name of the apartment complex, apartment number, home phone number, work phone number, zip code and any other pertinent contact information when placing your order. Additionally, if you are sending a gift to someone that works in a secured office building or lives in a secured or gated condominium or community you will need to provide us with a contact that can help us navigate these delivery obstacles (IE, meeting us at the gate, giving us the code, etc.). Also be sure to provide your contact information so that we can contact you should there be any questions.
