While my son was in the MTC he celebrated his 19th birthday. We ordered cupcakes and balloons to be delivered to him from Happy Valley Cakes. Because the MTC does not accept the delivery of balloons Happy Valley Cakes offered to refund our money or fill in with trail mix and nuts and other fun things for him.
